✅ Eligibility for Return & Exchange:

• Return or exchange is accepted within 72 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• We will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under color difference, fabric material, quality, etc.

🔁 Exchange Policy:

• Only size exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).
• You may request a different size for the same product.
• Exchange will be processed once the original item is received and approved.

💸 Return & Refund Policy:

• Returns are eligible only for store credit.
• Refunds to original payment method are not provided.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive a credit voucher via email within 3–5 working days.

🚚 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. You can raise the exchange query at carehosita@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with Video Proof.
2. An amount of Rs 200 (per article) will be charged to process your exchange.
3. If you have received a damaged product or indifferent product, please contact us via email at carehosita@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with video proof.
4. Reverse pickup is not available. Customer has to courier the product at our address.
5. Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we will dispatch the requested size to you within 24-48 working hours.
6. Exchanges of size will only be done once per order.
7. Exchange will be available for same or higher price of the previous order.
